Wat Chong Klang

Situated next to Wat Chong Kham, this temple houses some notable historical artifacts, including wooden figures of humans and animals depicted in the ‘Phra Vejsandon Jakata’, which is a history of previous incarnations of the Lord Buddha. The stories, painted on glass, were created by Burmese craftsmen and brought to Mae Hong Son in 1857.
